Pilot Plant Testing
Kadant offers pilot plant testing at four research and testing facilities around the world. Projects, large or small, are tailored to a mill’s individual needs, and can be run on full scale, mill-sized equipment. By simulating operating conditions in a pilot plant environment, we assist our customers in evaluating their own system’s potential to produce a higher quality pulp, more economically. All trial work is performed by seasoned engineers, technicians and mechanics with years of applications experience in the pulp and paper industry. Tests results are evaluated in fully equipped wet labs using a broad spectrum of analytical and test instrumentation to assure the most reliable test data.
