The AngleSet gauge is used to set the proper angle for doctor blades and scrapers to improve doctoring performance and extend blade life. The Roll Surface Cleaner device safely and effectively removes build-up from dryer surfaces. Particulary suited for machines producing grades from recycled fibers. The Pit Bull is a doctor blade extractor for safe and easy removal of the doctor blade. It’s designed to be self-adjusting and has a spring-loaded jaw for all doctor, coater, and creping blade thicknesses.

Pneumatic oscillators minimize particle build-up under the doctor blade and reduce roll scoring, increasing roll life and enhancing sheet shedding capability.

 The Superglide bearing allows for removal of the top section of the housing and journal block without disturbing the position of the bottom section of the housing.

Mark II water boxes apply fluid uniformly to a sheet as it passes through the stack. Its design facilitates cleaning and bacteria control and assures no-leak operation.
